As we come to the end of Global Entrepreneurship Week, we thought what better way to celebrate than to highlight some of the fantastic entrepreneurs amongst our nimbl users! After placing a national call out for rising stars we were inundated with responses, from slime makers and budding authors, to aspiring DJ’s and equestrian photographers…

Here are a few of our favourite ones to watch… don’t be surprised if they soon end up on The Apprentice:

Nathaniel and Rowan – 11 and 9

These two brothers adopted a local phone box to stop it being removed, and are now in charge of the defibrillator inside. In the future, Nathaniel and Rowan would like to set up a book exchange inside the box. The brothers also run their own window cleaning business.

Nicole – 16

Nicole has written a book about her journey through bullying and mental health challenges, which she hopes will help fellow young people. Nicole’s book is now available for sale on her very own online store, where she also sells a range of beauty products [link here – https://www.nicolehines.co.uk/].

Samuel – 8

Samuel is always thinking of new ideas for making money, and following his aspiration to become the next top DJ, has started to make his own music on his iPad.

Shea and Rory – 10 and 9

Shea and Rory have started publishing their own books on Amazon, including a dinosaur colouring book. With lots of ideas for more books in the future, these two brothers are set to have a strong series of publications.

Tillie – 14

A keen photographer, Tillie regularly visits her local stables with her camera in hand.  For a small fee, Tillie takes pictures of the horses and riders at the equestrian centre, and has developed her confidence and professionalism as a result.

Were so proud of all our entrepreneurial nimbl users.

Running your own successful business takes grit, determination and lots of hard work – you have to take risks, be prepared to do things that other wouldn’t, and not give up when things are difficult.

So, from all of us at team nimbl – a big well done!

We can’t wait to hear more from your business in the future. Alan Sugar – watch out!
