This promotion is an enhanced refer a friend bonus promotion for nimbl card holders. For a limited time, the promotion is refer a friend and gain 1 (one) entry into our weekly Summer Boredom Buster giveways. There is normally no bonus referral monetary value. These terms and conditions are correct at time of being published and may be subject to change without notice.
Promotion Period
The nimbl Enhanced Referral Bonus Promotion ("Promotion") runs from 1 July 2024 to 25 August 2024 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility
This Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age who hold a nimbl parent account at the time of valid entry into the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
The referrer must input their information and their referred persons information into the specified form on the Refer a Friend Summer Boredom Buster page.
Prizes
You can refer new customers an unlimited amount of times with each referral that meets the promotional terms resulting in an entry to the giveaway running that week.
Notification
Entries will be automatically logged and entered into the prize draw.
Decisions
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant and may refuse to award any offer to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer, or obtained the offer using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Promoter’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
Right to cancel
The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Company.
Data protection
The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the offer. The Company may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection regulations. Personal information may be used to execute the offer. In this context, the Company is entitled to provide personal data to third parties involved in the offer. Moreover, the participant gives permission to the Company to keep him/her informed of the products and/or services of the Company, its partners and carefully selected companies. Where possible, the Company requires that third parties who handle or obtain personal information as service providers acknowledge the confidentiality of this information, undertake to respect any individual’s right to privacy and comply with the data protection principles and this policy. Please note that third parties are not covered by our privacy policy and are not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.
Severance
If one or more conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions. When the general terms and conditions differ from those determined in the specific terms and conditions applicable to a promotion, the specific terms and conditions for that promotion shall prevail.
Compliance with Law
This promotion and other promotional activities of the Company need to adhere any applicable laws of England and Wales, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
