3. Eligibility Period: Discount will be applied if a sign up takes place after 09:00am GMT 12 May 2019.
3a. The discount will be automatically applied when the annual or monthly fee is taken, 1 month after the card has been activated.
4. Discount Structure: School Gateway customers are eligible for a lifetime 20% discount (£22.40 or £1.99 per month per card). This would be additional to the 1 month free trial.
4a. The 20% discount is applied to the current nimbl price plan only. Previous early adopters of nimbl on £10/£15 yearly price plans will not be eligible for the discount.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
