3. Eligibility Period: The Kids Pass promotion is available from 4th November 2019 to 4th February 2020. All Kids Pass memberships must be redeemed by 31st March 2020.
3a. There are a limited number of Kids Pass memberships, which are available on a first come first serve basis.
4. Promotion Structure: Customers are eligible for a free 6 -month Kids Pass membership once they have signed up for nimbl and topped up their account. This is on top of the lifetime 20% discount (£22.40 or £1.99 per month per card) and a 1 month free trial.
4a. The 20% discount is applied to the current nimbl price plan only. Previous early adopters of nimbl on £10/£15 yearly price plans will not be eligible for the discount.
5. Data Protection: Applicants’ personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with GDPR and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
By signing up for nimbl through the Kids Pass campaign, applicants will be deemed to be bound and have accepted these promotional Terms and Conditions in addition to the standard nimbl Terms and Conditions.
Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
